When OpenTuner is started up you will be presented with the start screen. The start screen allows you to select between different sources and enable any extra features you want to use.
Each source has its own specific settings, but there are also Main Settings available in the Main menu to configure global settings. Once you have selected and configured your source you can now click on Connect to connect to the source. If all went well then you will be shown the video views plus properties for each “Tuner”.
The properties on each Source are different depending on its functionality. Properties in light orange indicates that you can right click on that properties and perform certain actions.
For example on the Minitiouner Variant you can change the symbol rate by right clicking on the current symbol rate and selecting a new symbol rate.
If you tuner supports the media functions then you will see buttons on the bottom of the tuner allowing you to (M)ute, make a (S)napshot, Start (U)DP streaming and (R)ecord the current active stream. You can also change the volume. Volume settings will be saved on exit and reused when running OT again.
